Do You Experience Any of the Following?

Are you feeling exhausted by racing thoughts, feeling on edge even when everything in your life on the outside looks fine on the surface? Are you a terrified of failing and overwhelmed on the inside? Is procrastination getting in your way? Do you find yourself overthinking conversations after they are over or feeling like everyone is secretly judging you? Do you have regular "what if this happens" thoughts? I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder and anxiety disorders. I will help you learn how to interrupt your patterns of thinking and change the way you respond to those thoughts. I will help you learn how to manage "stuck" thoughts and quiet your repetitive negative thoughts, rumination on the past and worries about the future. I have advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. You will learn how "avoidance" can lead to increased levels of anxiety and depression. I am a licensed therapist in the states of New Hampshire, California, Vermont (virtual only), and Florida (virtual only) We can work together so you can feel better. Let's start with a 15-20 minute free consultation call to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to reach out! 650-382-2406 email: julie@juliehoguetherapy.com www.juliehoguetherapy.com
